1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the paldowin website located at paldowin.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with paldowin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the paldowin Platform. Your continued use of paldowin following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility

To use the paldowin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. paldowin strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of paldowin or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the paldowin Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

paldowin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on paldowin, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on paldowin. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your paldowin login credentials. • KYC Verification: paldowin may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered contact.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the paldowin Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to paldowin immediately; failure to do so may result in account termination.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any paldowin software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or paldowin staff through any communication channel.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.

paldowin reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

paldowin supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change at paldowin's discretion with prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. paldowin reserves the right to modify these limits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in bad faith constitutes a breach of these Terms. paldowin reserves the right to recover any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback and to terminate the associated account.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). paldowin does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

paldowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account termination.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.

7. Games & Betting Rules

All games available on the paldowin Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on paldowin:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the paldowin system. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's rules and the outcome recorded by the paldowin server, which shall be the authoritative record.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. paldowin reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• paldowin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed after the official close of a market or event, bets placed on incorrect odds due to a system error, or bets that are otherwise invalid under the applicable game rules.
• Specific rules for individual games, including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting, are available within the respective game interfaces and supplement these general Terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

paldowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: paldowin strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be immediately terminated and all funds returned to the depositing payment method, less any winnings, which will be forfeited.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from the paldowin Platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six (6) months to permanent exclusion. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the paldowin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of paldowin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the paldowin Platform without the prior written consent of paldowin.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldowin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the paldowin Platform.

paldowin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your paldowin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

paldowin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11. Termination

paldowin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• paldowin is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• paldowin reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to paldowin.

You may close your account at any time by contacting paldowin customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

paldowin operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

13. Changes to These Terms

paldowin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, paldowin will notify registered users via the contact information on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the paldowin Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
